Our doors are open again!
As you may or may not know, Blue Wave was destroyed in an unfortunate, accidental fire on October 8, 2020. A tragic event was a final blow in this unforgiving year. We poured our hearts and lives into this place. We have built a fantastic community around Blue Wave and it was impossible to leave all of this behind.
So we decided to rebuild and come back bigger and better!
AND GUESS WHAT – AFTER MORE THAN TWO YEARS OF RENOVATIONS OUR DOORS ARE OPEN AGAIN!
Yes - it took over two years, an ocean of sweat and a lot of inspections to bring our place to life. But when you come back to visit us, you will not recognize the restaurant. We have more room, bigger bar and we are ready to grow our Blue Wave Family even bigger. What you will recognize is us - Mom Susana, Micaela, Jorge, Jimmy - we are all back and CAN NOT WAIT TO WELCOME YOU BACK IN OUR HOUSE!
